Will Bloody Texting PSA Get The Message To Teens?
Texting behind the wheel qualifies as irresponsible and completely stupid. But is a gory public service announcement going to reach kids who believe they are immortal? Be warned: the four-minute PSA is extremely graphic, showing not only the realistic bloody injuries of three pretty teenage girls, but also an unresponsive infant in a car seat and a preschooler asking her unconscious and bleeding parents to wake up
Paul Herbst (London, UK)
Paul Herbst is a photographer that has been popping up on the de rigeur multiple letter and exclamation marked sites; Ffffound! and Boooooom! as well as several Tumblr pages, impressing with his hauntingly still images of subjects that range from eerie landscapes to aloof objects that are treated to washed out tones. Herbst has recently produced a 40-page limited edition zine entitled 'My Shit is Gold Vol 1' (named after his blog) paving the way for more volumes of golden shit from this intensely observant photographic eye.
"VMA Side Story"
You've seen Taylor Swift belt it out of a cab, a crazy-eyed Katy Perry as scissors-happy Anita, Ne-Yo channel Michael Jackson's "Beat It" and Cobra Starship (and Leighton Meister!) get ready to rumble underground (Warriors-style!). Now watch them all salute Broadway in the big finale! It's the full-length version of "VMA Side Story." Straight backs! High kicks! Pointed toes! Big smiles! Big finish! The old lady in the back of the house should be able to hear you!

We're pleased to report that Lifetime and L.A. haven't changed the show
When Project Runway's migration to Lifetime — and Los Angeles — was announced in April 2008, we as a nation clutched our collective pearls in horror: The show's sass and edge seemed at odds with the network that made its name putting the likes of Susan Lucci and Meredith Baxter Birney in both peril and soft-focus, and dragging Runway out of New York ripped it away from the locus of American fashion. So, despite early positive reviews, it was with a nervous and critical eye that we sat down to watch last night's premiere. Would Lifetime put its signature Danielle Steele, woman-on-the-edge stamp on our beloved fashion competition? Would we get a string of challenges based on such classics as Co-ed Call Girl? And would setting it in a town that can't even fully book its own Fashion Week dilute the show's relevance? Fortunately, after the first hour, we're pleased to report that we can all unclench. It's going to be fine.

We've Got The Split On Harry Potter!!!
It's been long understood by fans of Harry Potter that J.K. Rowling's last epic book in the series, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, would be split into two flicks. The big question looming for readers since this news, however, has been where will the moviemakers will make the division? Now, we know! If you don't want to be spoiled, we'd suggest going away! It was confirmed by Joshua Herdman, who plays Slytherin goon Goyle in the films (you may also know him as the Muggle busted for cannabis possession) that while it may still change in the final hours of editing, as far as he knows, the ending of the first film is as follows: "Part one of "Deathly Hallows" will close right after Harry (Daniel Radcliffe), Ron (Rupert Grint) and Hermione (Emma Watson) are captured by the Snatchers. Part two will open as the trio and their captors arrive at Malfoy Manor." What a cliffhanger!! Pott-heads: Do U think this is a good breaking point?
